So I accepted the refund but when I went back to buy them again...once again listed as "coming soon!". Even if they're out of stock I would have been happy to have a replacement pair preordered so that I'd know I would actually receive them. Now, almost two months later and resigning up for in stock notifications multiple times to ensure I don't miss them, and they have never come back in stock. I'm very disappointed as I love Disturbia's clothing and the checkmate version of these are my favorite pair of pants (they fit like a dream), so I was excited about finally being able to get these and add them to my corporate goth wardrobe for work.
