Unless otherwise stated in the product description all our garments are true to size, so we do recommend going with your usual size.
With any product, we recommend taking your measurements and matching them to the nearest size on the size chart - based on what you have advised, you would be closest to a UK size 12. This product specifically has 84% polyester and 16% elastane in the main fabric, so it will have ALOT of stretch, so even if you wanted to go for the smaller size, you should still find plenty of stretch there.
